Bookings

Payments by cash, bacs, or paypal.
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required when booking on-line.
It may be possible to split the payments, please get in touch.
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
Cancellation made before 28 days will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fee if the booking was made on-line.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is retained.

Additional Charges

A fully refundable damage deposit of £900 is mandatory and added to your booking fee. This deposit is refundable subject to these terms and conditions.
A payment processing fee of 1.5% plus £0.20 is deducted from your damage deposit if you have paid for the booking by card via a secure payment link or via the website. This charge is made by STRIPE our payment partner. To avoid paying this you can contact us directly and make a bank transfer and we can make the reservation for you, this is only available for British bank accounts.
Premium UK cards (e.g. corporate, rewards etc have a 1.9% plus £0.20 charged.
Cards from the EEA have a 2.5% plus £0.20 charged.
International (non-UK, non EEA) cards have 3.25% plus £0.20 charged.

Number of Guests

We do not accept groups of men or stag parties
The maximum number of people permitted to stay at the property is 14 adults and 2 infants.
Please describe the make up of your group. It will be considered a breach of contract if these numbers. are exceeded, or if your party is not as described, and the party will be asked to leave without any refund
Sub-letting or assignation of the let is not permitted.
Any guests visiting the property that are not part of your booking must be made aware to us and approved.
Visitors outside of your group or people you have not informed us about, are not permitted.
