Selection of Crostini's

 

Fish

Beetroot cured salmon, pickled beetroot, smoked salmon pate, root vegetable slaw, crackers 

Scorched mackerel, horseradish cream, celeriac slaw, cucumber and lime oil

Orkney Pan Fried King Scallop served with pea purée, black pudding, topped with a pancetta crisp

 

Meat 

Five spice duck breast, green beans, almonds, potato galette, honey and soy 

Venison tenderloin, beetroot, shallots, mini roast potato, asparagus, red wine, chocolate​

Hebridean Chicken, oven steamed and baked free range chicken breast stuffed with a wee bit of Stornoway black pudding, served with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables, with a whisky cream sauce on the side.

Melon, kiwi, pomegranate, boozy syrup, raspberry sorbet
