Diced Leg 500g: £5
Fillet Tenderloin, sizes vary 500g -1kg: £33 per kg
Fillets, sizes vary 250g - 350g: £38 per kg
Haunch Steaks, 2 per pack: £6
Haunch Roast, sizes vary: £14 per kg
Venison Liver approx. 500g sliced: £5

Guests and non guests can purchase different types of cuts from Muir Estate Larder. If you want something different than above you can pre-order specific cuts ready for your stay or to pick up direct from the Estate.
